Role OverviewThe Captain will be responsible for the safe operation of the vessel, leading and managing the crew, and overseeing maintenance and safety. The Captain will also be involved in the setup of the new private/charter program, including coordinating with yacht management, shipyards, and vendors. The Captain will be expected to deliver a high level of professionalism and service to guests.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Captain will include full command and safe operation of the vessel, leading and managing the crew, overseeing maintenance and safety, and coordinating with yacht management, shipyards, and vendors. The Captain will also be responsible for managing documentation, budgets, inventories, and compliance.

Requirements
- 500 GT Master license
- Command experience on 120'+ motor yachts
- Charter program experience strongly preferred
- Experience with first-time owners and ownership/flag transitions a plus
- Strong maintenance knowledge
- Proven crew management
- Excellent communication skills
