Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Captain - Banquets to oversee and manage all aspects of banquet dining, including coordinating activities of workers and ensuring efficient operation and maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Coordinates activities of workers in Banquet
  • Coordinates the activities of banquet staff engaged in providing courteous and rapid service
  • Plans details for banquets, receptions and other social functions and execute details for banquets
  • Directs setting up of tables and decorations
  • Completes all reports required by Banquet Manager
  • Ensure the safety and security of all employees and guests
  • Works as a host/hostess as required
  • Describes and recommends food as required
  • Serves food to guests when required
