Job Description

The company is looking for a Captain PM to join its team at Bacco Restaurant & Bar in Nashville, Tennessee. The Captain PM will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for guests within their assigned dining room station, overseeing the complete guest dining experience, and delivering consistent, professional, and gracious service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of fine-dining or comparable food service experience
  • Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
  • Thorough understanding of fine-dining service standards and procedures
  • Ability to describe menu items, preparation methods, and pricing using suggestive selling techniques
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong numerical skills and accuracy in cash and check handling
