Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a CAR-T Cell Therapy Senior Manager Player Coach to support certified treatment centers and drive growth at sites for CARVYKTI, a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for Multiple Myeloma. The role will serve as the primary field-based point of contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI Treatment Centers and will work closely with treatment center stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies and maximize opportunities for patients to access CARVYKTI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years + demonstrated success in Field Sales/ Sales Leadership experience
  • Field based Large Account Management, e.g., KAM/KAS experience
  • Program administration, including Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, CAR-T, Infusion Site or Cell & Gene therapy Treatment Center/Site of Care Certification and Activation
  • RN license or Advanced Practice degree (Nurse Practitioner / PA / PharmD / MSN)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Relationship building and strong, productive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Project and process management, including overseeing, monitoring, and managing complex projects and operational procedures
  • Collaboration, flexibility, and ability to dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances
  • Travel, with up to 70% domestic travel depending on candidate location
