Role OverviewThe Car Wash Assistant Manager 1 will function as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable, responsible for ordering and stocking of vending, training new hires, and supporting the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will be responsible for training on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques, training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team, and completing the GSR Daily Breakdown.
