Role OverviewThe Car Wash Assistant Manager Level 1 will function as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable, responsible for ordering and stocking of vending, training new hires, and creating an effective schedule.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will effectively provide training to new hires, train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates, and support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
