Role OverviewThe Car Wash Assistant Manager will function as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable, responsible for ordering and stocking of vending, training new hires, and supporting the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for training new hires, creating an effective schedule, and supervising teammates completing PM and assessing if further training is needed.
