Job Description
We are seeking a Card Expert to provide administrative support, technical and professional work for our core bank function, focusing on customer service, managing customer requests, electronic communication, and consultative selling.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Successfully pass a credit check
1+ years of bank experience (preferred)
Previous sales experience (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Proficiency with large server based applications and Microsoft Office products (preferred)
