Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Cardiac Device RN to work in the imaging department. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiology and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. They will work under the supervision of a physician and/or imaging and nursing supervisor to provide care and treatment to patients with diagnostic and therapeutic imaging needs and patients requiring management of cardiac rhythm devices.

Requirements

  • Excellent IV skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Successful completion of approved device training within 180 Days
  • NURSING LICENSURE COMPACT-BNE Upon Hire
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
