Job Description

This position works under general supervision to provide care and treatment to patients with diagnostic and therapeutic imaging needs and patients requiring management of cardiac rhythm devices.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • Excellent IV skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Successful completion of approved device training
  • NURSING LICENSURE COMPACT-BNE
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Professional certification in a nursing organization
  • 1 year experience in an acute care setting
  • 2 years experience with interrogation, troubleshooting, and reprogramming of implantable cardiac devices
