Job Description
Accountable for registration/admission of patients into the Meditech registration system, generating accurate patient records, and ensuring bills are system generated as soon as possible following visit. Schedules, greets, and escorts patients, and oversees incoming phone calls and clinic visitors. Maintains patient charts and ensures department procedures and policies are updated.

Requirements

  • One to three years in a clinical setting assisting with patient requirements
  • 5 years of office related duties
  • Some college coursework, preferably in healthcare
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
  • Basic EKG
