Role OverviewThe Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Nurse, Exercise Specialist, or Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing disease management, health education and physical rehabilitation services for adult populations with Cardiovascular and Pulmonary diseases.
What You Will Do
Assess patient's needs, develop and adjust individual exercise prescriptions, supervise exercise sessions, and chart and document assessment data.

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy
- One (1) year experience in cardiology, extensive medical surgical with cardiac and pulmonary background or cardiopulmonary rehab experience
- Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (AHA within three (3) months of hire into the position)
