Job Description
The Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist 1 assists physicians in performing interventional, cardiovascular, and operating room procedures, focusing on developing skills in scrubbing and monitoring in the cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology, and/or interventional radiology.

Requirements

  • Assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac or peripheral vascular treatments
  • Follow ALARA guidelines and operate fluoroscopic imaging equipment
  • Check, test, and maintain fluoroscopy equipment
  • Monitor patients' blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, comfort, and patient safety
