Job Description
The Care Companion is responsible for providing direct care to members, engaging them in service, and connecting them to community and resources. Responsibilities include program outreach, friendly visits, light household chores, and documenting direct care visits.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with diverse individuals, families, groups, and organizations
  • Computer skills, bookkeeping, computer spreadsheets, and word processing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and as a team
