Requirements
- Masters degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in WA
- At least 2 years Post-MSW experience
- Minimum 5-Year Post-MSW healthcare experience (preferred)
