Job Description
GT Independence is hiring a Care Integration Senior Aide to make a meaningful impact every day. The role involves conducting visits to client homes, observing and mitigating worsening of client health or social conditions, and providing hand-on direct support. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and one year experience as a caregiver with the agency (preferred) or two years experience as a caregiver
  • Familiarity with agency policies and procedures
  • Reliable transportation, including proof of current insurance and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to speak, read and write functional English
  • Covid-19 Vaccination, including proof of vaccination
