The Care Manager will be responsible for resident care, supporting families, and ensuring resident rights and safety. They will also participate in team building and contribute to the Sunrise culture. This role emphasizes a commitment to quality of life for all seniors and adherence to community and state regulations.

Requirements

  • Review and document daily logs of resident information.
  • Participate in the development of ISP and monthly updates.
  • Respond to resident needs and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team success.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
