Job Description
Sunrise of Pikesville is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families. This role involves hands-on care, physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The Care Manager will ensure that residents receive the highest degree of quality care and services according to federal, state/provincial, and local laws and Sunrise Standards.

Requirements

  • Review and document resident information.
  • Participate in the development of the ISP and monthly updates.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Participate in team meetings and activities.
  • Manage and maintain resident rooms.
