Job Description
Care Managers are responsible for contacting insurance companies to obtain correct eligibility information, performing benefit investigations, and assisting patients with copay assistance and prior authorization. This role will be a contract role with IQVIA managed by an external agency, with the opportunity to be converted to an IQVIA full-time employee.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or similar related medical office experience
  • Previous data entry experience (minimum three months) and ability to type 30wpm+
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
