Job Description
Care Managers are responsible for contacting insurance companies, performing benefit investigations, and assisting patients with copay assistance and prior authorization. This is a remote position with a contract role managed by an external agency, with the opportunity to be converted to an IQVIA full-time employee.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or similar related medical office experience
  • Previous data entry experience and ability to type 30wpm+
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work in a virtual team environment
