Job Description
The Care Partner is responsible for assisting in direct patient care, patient transfers, and other duties to ensure optimal patient care and physician service. This role is located at the Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) in Clarksville, TN.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under limited supervision and follow written and oral instructions
  • Effective communications skills, empathy, and unconditional positive regard toward all patients and co-workers
  • Compliance with organizational requirements, including policies, procedures and regulations specific to the unit
  • Flexibility in schedule in order to meet the needs of the patients, community and staff
  • Maintains annual education requirements prior to due date
  • Knowledge and implementation of standardized PPE regarding the prevention / transmission of infectious disease / isolation processes
