Role OverviewProvide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, meal service, and maintaining a clean environment. Participate in resident activities and maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and transfers. Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
