Role OverviewAssist with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role involves hands-on patient care, support clinical procedures, and maintaining unit standards.

Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care, facilitate efficient and safe patient care and flow, and serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
- Current enrollment in an RN program with successful completion of the first semester and nursing fundamentals clinical
- Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required)
- At least 1 year of recent experience (within the last 2 years) as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician
