Role OverviewWe are looking for a Care Partner to join our team at Wellington, located at 1051 Kent St, Liberty, MO 64068. The Care Partner will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
What You Will Do
The Care Partner will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. They will also be responsible for creating an inclusive and positive environment by investing their whole heart in their work, team members, and the community.

Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Criminally cleared
