Job Description
Kendal at Oberlin's Nursing Department is seeking a Care Partner (CNA/STNA) to provide high quality, person-centered care to residents. The role assists in providing a therapeutic living environment and supports residents in doing as much for themselves as possible.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant program and state of Ohio exam.
  • Valid Ohio STNA license in good standing.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift, transfer residents weighing 50 to 250 pounds.
  • Clear communication skills with residents.
  • Reliable commute or relocation before starting work.
