Role OverviewThe Care Partner will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, being present, and sharing their talents. They will also be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
What You Will Do
The Care Partner will be responsible for assisting residents with ADL, being proactive, and creating an inclusive and positive environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English, and possess computer skills. They will also be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
- be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- have a high school diploma, or equivalent
- be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
