Role OverviewAssist with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Provide hands-on patient care and support clinical procedures, including blood draws, Foley catheter care, specimen collection, and other bedside responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care, facilitate efficient and safe patient care and flow by following work area standards, and support unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
- Current enrollment in an RN program with successful completion of the first semester and nursing fundamentals clinical
- Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required)
- At least 1 year of recent experience (within the last 2 years) as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician
