Job Description
Responsibilities include managing home budgets, supervising Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring good working order of facilities and systems. Collaborates with clinical team to maintain or improve Individuals' health, safety, and stability. Communicates regularly with internal and external clinical, medical, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • 2-3 years’ previous leadership experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
