The Care Team Manager will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned homes and vehicles, managing on-call responsibilities, and communicating daily with direct supervisors. They will also be responsible for reviewing or sending direct supervisors important topics for monthly home meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and scheduling staff for meetings.
