Job Description
Indiana Connections Academy is seeking a Career and Technical Program Manager to develop and implement processes and procedures that support a high-quality CTE and work-readiness program for all secondary students. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, 2+ years of relevant work experience, and a valid Indiana Administrator's license.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Master's degree
  • Valid Indiana Administrator's license
  • Experience with STEAM programming preferred
  • Administrative or management experience within a school environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Superior perseverance, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft Office products)
  • Experience in managing people (preferred)
  • Ability to travel as-needed
