Role OverviewAs a member of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD), the Career Coach/Advisor plays an important role in helping a diverse, international community of over 1,200 master's- and doctoral-level public health students leverage their public health education and training in support of their career and professional development.
What You Will Do
Provides one-on-one career coaching and advising in 30 and 45-minute sessions to students and alumni in all aspects of the career development process with the goal of moving students forward in their career goals; documents student interactions; provides follow-up with resources as needed; and shares pertinent information within the coaching team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
- Master's Degree is strongly preferred
- ICF coaching certification preferred
