Job Description
Provide case management, supportive services, and career/employment support to individuals employed with Goodwill. Assist individuals in identifying and removing barriers to employment and achieving their career goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related field
  • Two years of work experience in the workforce development, human services, or counseling environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to plan and develop workflow with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work, proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record
