Role OverviewThe Career Connected Pathway Specialist will implement targeted strategies to prepare students for postsecondary career options, providing direct services to high schools and advancing a coherent understanding of career readiness. This role will be based within schools and act as a member of the school's leadership teams.
What You Will Do
The Career Connected Pathway Specialist will represent ECCE, develop and implement school-specific strategies, collaborate with ECCE and school staff, and support the design and execution of career pathway events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years of related youth development and/or career programming experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in college and career-related work, outreach, recruitment, and engagement
