Job Description
As a Career Consultant in the Summer Youth Work Experience program, you will provide hands-on job coaching and career guidance to Youth ages 16–21 with diagnosed disability needs. You will support skill development and workplace success, and help participants grow toward greater independence.
Requirements
Prior experience in disability services
Experience working with Youth with diverse disability support needs
Availability for the full Summer Youth program
Compassion, patience, and reliability
Comfort working in community-based employment settings
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
