Role OverviewAssist individuals with disabilities in preparing for, finding, and maintaining meaningful employment by providing career counseling, supporting personal and workplace adjustment, and helping clients explore their strengths and career options. Based in Lincoln, this position serves individuals throughout the surrounding area and includes some regional travel.
What You Will Do
Conduct employment discussions and career exploration, prepare cases for client eligibility, develop and manage Individualized Plans for Employment (IPEs), and monitor and advocate for client progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of work experience related to the essential functions of the position (Service Specialist)
- Master's degree with emphasis in one of the following areas: Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling and Guidance, or another field that reasonably provides competence in the employment sector, in a disability field, or both (Rehabilitation Specialist)
