This position oversees apprenticeship and bargaining unit progression programs, succession planning, mentoring, career development initiatives, student and workforce development programs, and employee engagement activities.

The role involves leading and supporting JALC, JTTC, and workforce development committee operations, administering registered apprenticeship programs, administering bargaining unit progression programs, and providing career planning support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field

- Experience supporting committee coordination, compliance documentation, tracking systems, or workforce development initiatives
- Strong organizational, project management, and operational coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation
