Job Description
The Career Services Coach position is to provide ongoing career development and employability coaching to active students, graduates, and/or alumni. The Career Services Coach will work with the Director of Career Services, Business Solutions Consultants, and other Career Services staff to assess students' progress and provide guidance on resume writing, job search, and interview techniques.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
  • 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling, or business
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and public presentation skills
