Role OverviewAs a Career Transition Coach, you will work one-on-one with candidates who have lost their jobs, meeting with them weekly to provide support and guidance throughout their career transition.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include understanding each candidate's career story, strengths, motivations, values, and goals, and helping them develop a Career Prayer, build and strengthen resumes, and activate their network.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Meaningful professional experience across more than one company, environment, industry, or stage of business
- Strong understanding of how careers are built, changed, and reinvented
- Experience navigating organizations, leaders, teams, hiring processes, or career decisions
- Exceptional listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Ability to build trust quickly and ask thoughtful, sometimes difficult questions
- Strong judgment and ability to operate without a rigid playbook
- Comfort adapting approach based on individual in front of you
- Ability to recognize patterns, identify obstacles, and help candidates find creative paths forward
- Strong follow-through and reliability
- Comfort working independently while staying highly collaborative with the Respiris team
- Availability during business hours for candidate sessions
