Job Description
We are looking for a Career & Work-Based Learning Coordinator to help make a statewide system that connects employers and schools to create meaningful student experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of results-driven experience in employer engagement, outreach, sales, work-based learning (WBL) or career and technical education (CTE) coordination, or community partnership development
  • A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver value with every interaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups and representing statewide initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage planning, prioritization, and information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A track record of self-direction, motivation, and follow-through in fast-moving or evolving environments
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and partner organizations
  • Enthusiasm for learning and using new technologies, and supporting others in doing the same
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with Google Workspace
