Role OverviewCapriana is a premier senior living community seeking a full-time Care Provider for PM shifts (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). The role involves providing personal assistance and daily care to residents to enhance their independence and quality of life.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence. Respond promptly to residents' needs, communicate changes in condition to supervisors, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
