Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
What You Will Do
Assist clients with activities of daily living, provide companionship and emotional support, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry, and provide medication reminders.

Requirements
- At least five years of caregiving experience in home care, senior care, or a related setting.
- Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and reliable.

- Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
- Willingness to participate in required training and background studies.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of assigned care duties.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance if driving is required.
- Must meet applicable Minnesota employment and background-study requirements.
