Role OverviewThe Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents in all areas of care as assigned by the Director of Assisted Living. This role requires a professional appearance and manner, and adherence to the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
What You Will Do
Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living, encourage and promote residents' self-care, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Answer resident call lights, door, and resident alarms promptly, and provide high-quality resident care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a C.N.A. or experience as a caregiver, high school diploma or GED, and first aid/CPR certification. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are also required.
