Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time Caregiver to provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. The role requires a flexible schedule on 2nd shift and the ability to work with the elderly population.

Requirements

  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Assist with personal and household chores
  • Transport residents within the community
  • Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed
  • Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes
  • Respond to emergency calls and correct environment hazards
  • Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality
  • Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations
  • Perform all other duties as requested
