Role OverviewWe are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
What You Will Do
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), support mobility and transfers within the facility, help with medication administration, engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation, light housekeeping and meal assistance, monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team, respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability, ability to pass medications, CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred, must be at least 18 years old, AM, PM, and NOC shift availability, all shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
