What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include possessing applicable certifications, having a minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults, and being able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Requirements
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
