Job Description
Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants. Facilitates residential staff problem solving and provides direct residential staff supervision.

Requirements

  • Participates in client training to assure client objectives and company goals are achieved.
  • Replaces, reassigns, or cancels staffing assignments as needed.
  • Coordinates and completes participant and staff accident/injury/incident report investigation forms for incidents that occur during shift.
  • Provides coaching and leadership to LST’s to ensure that the therapeutic goals are met and that programs are facilitated in a respectful manner.
