Job Description
Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The caregiver will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help with developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
