Job Description
REM Community Services is seeking a Caregiver to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The caregiver will facilitate individual service plans, provide support with daily activities, and supervise a team of caregivers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, and a current driver's license.
