Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The caregiver will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and develop real relationships with the participants. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
