Job Description
Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The caregiver will assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs, and will develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
